Its been pretty busy here at the studio. So I was happy to take a short break and head out to Mission Peak for some exploring. This time I went with my good friend Tiye. We both were amazed with how beutiful this place was. Rising steeply to the east behind the city of Fremont, Mission and Monument peaks form a dramatic backdrop to the South Bay.

I have to say, you know you’ve been sitting behind the computer too long when you’re already tired before the hike even begins haha. You should definitely check this place out if your looking for a good hike or just an amazing place to explore.

Here’s a behind the scenes pic from our most recent wedding shoot. Full highlight video coming soon…

Since our first meeting with Karen and Uday I knew this was going to be a fun wedding. We started off the day at Karen’s house and Uday’s hotel capturing them getting ready. Then headed off to St. Anselm’s Church for the ceremony. During the ceremony their priest shared jokes from famous household names about their thoughts on marriage, this helped keep the atmosphere fun and light hearted. After the Ceremony we headed to the beautiful Berkeley City Club. This place is amazing! A videographers dream for couple’s session, everywhere you turned there was another great area to film. There’s nothing but positive things we could say about this wedding, everything flowed great throughout the day and we were honored to be apart of Karen and Uday’s Wedding. We hope you enjoy the video!

Also, here are a few of our favorite stills from the film.

At the end of last year we had the opportunity to film and document Help-Portrait‘s San Francisco event. Help Portrait is a non-profit global photography movement thats takes place one day every year around the world. Photographers around the world grab their cameras, find people in need and take their portraits. We were honored to be apart of the event and encouraged by all of the people we met and stories we heard. We hope you enjoy the video below.

We are extremely excited to announce that the wedding film we shot for Julie & Allen’s Half Moon Bay wedding has been featured on Style Me Pretty. This is an absolute honor, Style Me Pretty is currently one of the most popular weddings blogs viewed by most brides today.

We’re happy to present to you the wedding of Jenna & Mike. Their wedding took place in the very scenic Monterey Bay at the Intercontinental The Clement Monterey. The wedding day was beautiful, filled with lots of sunshine and laughter. Both Jenna & Mike were fun to work with and we also enjoyed working side by side with wedding photographer Andrew Weeks. We hope you enjoy their film.

Shooting in Half Moon Bay can always be tricky, considering that it’s foggy there most of the year. But on the day of Julie and Allen’s wedding, the sun shined bright and there wasn’t a cloud in site. Their chosen wedding color was yellow which contrasted well with the lush green lawns of The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. They chose to write their own heartfelt vows, which were funnily interrupted by their dog Cookie as you will see in the video. We had such a fun time shooting Julie & Allen’s wedding. They were a very fun and emotional couple to be around. We hope you enjoy their video.

Occasionally we are asked to film events outside of weddings. In this case it was a Quinceanera.  This was so much fun to shoot! We knew Noey the mother of the birthday girl for about a year now. We met after we shot a music video for her close friend. So we were super excited when we got the call to shoot her daughters Quinceanera. Noey has been planning this party since Ariana was a little girl, so there was a lot of pressure to make sure everything turned out right on our end. I’m very proud with how it all came together and even more pleased that the overall day came together so perfectly. As you will see in the video, everyone had so much fun this day including us! I hope you enjoy and let some of that energy rub off on you.
