V Sattui Winery Wedding – New Year’s Eve

Have your ever considered having a New Year’s Eve wedding? If not, then maybe you should reconsider. Rachel and Joe held a gorgeous night ceremony at V. Sattui Winery on New Year’s Eve 2013. All of their family and friends from across the world came to join them.  They celebrated until mid-night, topping the night off with a celebratory NYE countdown. 3, 2, 1 then confetti canons went off! What a perfect way to end the night, start off their new life and new beginning together.

Rachel and Joe have a quite interesting story. Rachel is Joe’s best friends sister. Joe met Rachel through his best friend one night while having drinks. Joe’s best friend clearly stated before they went out to have drinks that Rachel was off-limits. Joe took this has an open invitation to sweep Rachel off of her feet. His best friend and Rachel’s brother who also officiated the ceremony didn’t like this idea of them together at first. Although, he quickly warmed up to it after seeing how happy they made each other. On the day of the wedding I quickly saw this first hand too, how happy they made each other and the spark they had in their eyes. Right away you can see that they truly love each other and care for each other deeply.
